LanziCo srl is the data controller for the personal data described on this page.

What this site collects

Nothing, when you simply read a page

No cookies are set. No advertising or social tracking network is loaded. You are not profiled across other sites. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

Visit statistics

We use GoatCounter to count visits. It records the page viewed, the site you arrived from, your browser and screen size, and a country derived from your IP address. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not create a persistent identifier for you. The result is a count of visits, not a record of people.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

The waitlist form

If you join the waitlist for the app, we collect what you type into the form: your name and your email address. We use it to send you one email when the app opens, and to reply if you write back.

Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@lanzico.com, and we will remove you.

Booking a call

The "book a 15-minute call" links take you to Cal.com, a separate service with its own privacy policy. What you enter there is handled by Cal.com as its own controller, and by us as the person you are booking with.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We use these service providers to run the site and the business:

• Netlify: hosting this site and receiving form submissions
• GoatCounter: visit statistics
• Cal.com: call bookings
• Google Workspace: our email

Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist entries: until the app has opened and you have been contacted, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
• Emails you send us: for as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards only where we need the record.
• Visit statistics: aggregated counts, with no personal data retained.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, or ask us to send it to another provider. Email info@lanzico.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
